Add DeathRecipient and IBinder to public_api. This is necessary for clients to use link_to_death. Moved internal methods to new IBinderInternal trait instead, to avoid exposing them. Bug: 181869875 Test: mm Change-Id: I0d28bed920b7d7e3b4b40a3583bdaf96f257941f
