SF: Extract onMessageInvalidate
Extracts onMessageInvalidate from onMessageReceived to make it
easier to attribute profiling results to it. Also renames
handleMessageRefresh to onMessageRefresh for consistency.
Test: build, boot, atest libsurfaceflinger_unittest
