lshal: refactor: Use vintf::Arch instead of enum Architecture

The Architecture enum was invented
when there was no operator| and operator|= implemented
for vintf::Arch. Now that |= is properly defined, it
makes sense to remove duplicated definition of classes.

Test: lshal_test
