refactor(TwoFingerTripleTap): Rename FLAG_FEATURE_SCREEN_MAGNIFIER to FLAG_FEATURE_MAGNIFICATION_SINGLE_FINGER_TRIPLE_TAP

Rename flag and related parameters are used to improve readability
