Apply scale to boundsInParent Now the magnification spec doesn't consider the global scale of the window. To fix it we apply the scale of the transform matrix to the bounds in parent. Bug: 230695181 Test: atest AccessibilityWindowQueryTest Change-Id: I718821e1eaa4b8f82da2c393c1ae50e944cd1b34
