Boost MAX_CACHED_PROCESSES and reduce freezer timeout. Set MAX_CACHED_PROCESSES to 1024 (effectively unlimited) on all devices. Increase the TRIM_EMPTY time to 1000 hours on all devices. Also, reduce freezer timeout to 10s from 10m on all devices in order to support larger MCP. Test: boots Bug: 255518999 Change-Id: If171ce7236a9f21864a13b2c5ccc511f4a25b9a8
