Move common data types to android.media.audio.common AIDL

The following types got moved:
 - AudioConfig
 - AudioConfigBase
 - AudioEncapsulationMode
 - AudioOffloadInfo
 - AudioStreamType
 - AudioUsage

Updated references to the types.
