libcameraservice: Rename libcameraservice_host to libcameraservice_device_independent. This name is more appropriate, as the library is not used solely by host builds. Bug: 207411352 Test: Built cameraservice_test_host and cameraservice_test. Change-Id: I9751f7c6746388a335113b5c10d3669c29b5fbfe
