Add Overloads to Frame and Image Extract Functions Add overloads getFrameAtTime, getFrameAtIndex and getImageAtIndex functions. The colorFormat parameter, if not explicitly passed will now be initialised in an overloaded function. This will allow for the default value to be configurable with a setting.
