Support for multi access-unit output in codec framework debug property debug.media.c2.large.audio.frame is also used to conrrol this feature. This is enabled by-default in the framework. Bug: 298052174 Change-Id: Ie25c7d7ee5bf7c0f7286a6e25d9c527ac3ce7cf3
