Move wpa_supplicant.conf from /system to /vendor In order to make generic system image, wpa_supplicant.conf is moved from system to vendor partition. wpa_supplicant.conf is non-generic; it is used by wpa_supplicant which is now part of wifi HAL. Bug: 36015569 Test: confirm that wpa_supplicant.conf is under /vendor/etc/wifi and wifi is working correctly. Change-Id: I6dc62c650f7a012ea667d4323a6e0f5aee06ac12
