patch 9.0.0489: using "end_lnum" with virtual text causes problems

Problem:    Using "end_lnum" with virtual text causes problems.
Solution:   Disallow using "end_lnum" with virtual text. (closes #11151)
            Also disallow "end_col" and "length".
