patch 9.0.1626: Visual area not shown when using 'showbreak'

Problem: Visual area not shown when using 'showbreak' and start of line is
            not visible. (Jaehwang Jung)
Solution: Adjust "fromcol" for the space taken by 'showbreak'.
            (closes #12514)
