patch 8.2.4608: getcompletion() does not work when 'wildoptions' has "fuzzy"
Problem: getcompletion() does not work properly when 'wildoptions
contains "fuzzy".
Solution: Do not use addstar(). (Yegappan Lakshmanan, closes #9992,
