patch 8.2.3590: test for v:colornames sometimes fails

Problem:    Test for v:colornames sometimes fails. (Dominique Pellé)
Solution:   Check features.  Clear v:colornames between tests. (Drew Vogel,
            closes #9105, closes #9073)
