patch 8.0.1303: 'ttymouse' is not set to "sgr" for Terminal.app and Iterm2

Problem:    'ttymouse' is not set to "sgr" for Terminal.app and Iterm2.
Solution:   Recognize Iterm2 by the termresponse.
