patch 9.1.1057: Superfluous cleanup steps in test_ins_complete.vim

Problem:  Superfluous cleanup steps in test_ins_complete.vim.
Solution: Remove unnecessary :bw! and :autocmd! commands.
          Also remove unnecessary STRLEN() in insexpand.c
