patch 8.2.3901: Vim9: Cannot set 'cpo' in main .vimrc if using Vim9 script

Problem:    Vim9: Cannot set 'cpo' in main .vimrc if using Vim9 script.
Solution:   Do not restore 'cpo' at the end of the main .vimrc.
