patch 8.1.1704: C-R C-W does not work after C-G when using 'incsearch'

Problem:    C-R C-W does not work after C-G when using 'incsearch'.
Solution:   Put cursor at end of the match. (Yasuhiro Matsumoto, closes #4664)
