patch 8.0.0342: double free with EXITFREE and setting 'ttytype'
Problem: Double free when compiled with EXITFREE and setting 'ttytype'.
Solution: Avoid setting P_ALLOCED on 'ttytype'. (Dominique Pelle,
closes #1461)
