[Bugfix] Make sure the video selection is always a multiple of 16x8 pixels. Previously, the selection could cross the framebuffer boundaries and clipping it back to screen could break 16x8 alignment. git-svn-id: svn://svn.code.sf.net/p/tigervnc/code/trunk@2746 3789f03b-4d11-0410-bbf8-ca57d06f2519
