Applied vnc-use-fb.patch from FC3, slightly modified: Use fb unconditionally. This makes the code simpler, and the old mfb/cfb is buggy and deprecated. git-svn-id: svn://svn.code.sf.net/p/tigervnc/code/trunk@184 3789f03b-4d11-0410-bbf8-ca57d06f2519
