Work around subdirectory bug in older automake. Older versions of automake doesn't properly support no-recursive make. Reimplement the build system by having a local Makefile.am in the simd/ directory. git-svn-id: svn://svn.code.sf.net/p/tigervnc/code/trunk@3679 3789f03b-4d11-0410-bbf8-ca57d06f2519
