Improved algorithm of detecting rectangular video area. Old algorithm used the external boundary of the candidate region, while new algoritm uses the biggest rectangular part of the candidate region. git-svn-id: svn://svn.code.sf.net/p/tigervnc/code/trunk@2341 3789f03b-4d11-0410-bbf8-ca57d06f2519
