audio: update O6 Waves preset (20210603)

O6:
 + improves loudness
 + improves clarity
 + incorporates landscape tuning with good left-right balance
 Tuning work will continue to improve transient performance at max volume,
 and incorporate feedback from UTD and PAE tests.
