Disable hiddenapi check for building from prebuilts.
Add ReleaseDefaultModuleBuildFromSource to config.productVariables and
use this parameter to disable hiddenapi check.
Test: DEFAULT_MODULE_BUILD_FROM_SOURCE=false m (not failing hiddenapi
check after disabling)
