bionic-unit-tests: Create symlinks in runtime

Instead of creating symlinks in build time and then relying
on usage of adb sync (adb push follows symlinks) - create
them in test run time.

Test: mm && run bionic-unit-tests --gtest_filter=dl*:Dl*
